jilli Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jilli platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by the terms set out on this page. Please read them carefully before you begin.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the jilli platform, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Each person may hold only one account on the platform — duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. jilli reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, you must not register or use the platform. Accounts found to be registered by ineligible individuals will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable rules.

2. Platform Use and Acceptable Conduct

The jilli platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the platform in a lawfulmanner and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the Philippines. You must not use the platform to engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity, including but not limited to colluding with other players, exploiting software errors, or using automated tools to interact with the platform. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, circumvent security measures, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform does not violate any local laws or regulations that apply to you in your jurisdiction. jilli reserves the right to monitor account activity and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, if any breach of these conduct standards is detected. Commercial use of the platform, including reselling access or operating the platform on behalf of third parties, is not permitted under any circumstances. We expect all members to treat other users and platform staff with respect at all times.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on the jilli platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made using the payment methods available on the platform at the time of your transaction, and all deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed during the deposit process. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible, and are subject to identity verification before release. jilli reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms, or if verification documents have not been provided as requested. Transaction processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to the operating hours of the relevant payment provider. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are accurate — jilli cannot be held liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect payment information submitted by the account holder. All transaction records are available in your account history and should be reviewed regularly for accuracy.

4. VIP Programme and Rewards

The jilli VIP loyalty programme rewards members based on their activity across all game sections of the platform, including casino, fish game, and bingo. Tier advancement is calculated according to the criteria set out on the VIP page, and jilli reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, reward rates, and benefit structures at any time with reasonable notice. Rewards earned through the VIP programme are subject to the specific terms applicable to each reward type, which will be communicated to eligible members at the time the reward is issued. VIP status and associated benefits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated otherwise in the terms of a specific reward. Any attempt to artificially inflate activity levels for the purpose of advancing through VIP tiers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in disqualification from the programme and may lead to account closure. jilli reserves the right to reclaim rewards that were issued as a result of erroneous calculations or system errors. 5. Privacy and Data Use

jilli collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties, and access to your personal information is restricted to authorised personnel and service providers who require it to operate the platform. You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, and to request corrections where that data is inaccurate. jilli uses industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, but cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible threats. This includes but is not limited to losses resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, delays in transaction processing, or errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions. jilli makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. You use the platform at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing the platform. 8. Changes to These Terms

jilli reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
